We headed down to Newport Beach this week to bring a touch of the ethereal to a private birthday celebration. While we love a classic look, this event called for something completely custom: a pair of “living forest” fairies.
To match the garden-inspired aesthetic of the party, our two professional ballerinas were outfitted in custom-designed fairy costumes, complete with intricately detailed wings that looked stunning in the natural light. Performing en pointe, they led a whimsical grand entrance for the guest of honor, immediately setting a magical tone for the afternoon.
Following the entrance, the dancers stayed for ambient greeting, moving through the space with the effortless grace that only a trained ballerina can pull off. There’s something so captivating about seeing high-level technique paired with theatrical costuming—it transforms a standard performance into a truly immersive character experience.
